I’ve been working childcare for the past 4 years, 3 of the years I did preschool and the last year as a RBT doing behavioral therapy to children with autism. I’ve gained a lot of patience, learned how to be gentle but firm, while still being that super fun,reinforcing, bestfriend your children is looking for. I’m very energetic and love to be outside but I know how to make inside just as fun. Organization is one of my top priorities other than having fun.
