Hello families, my name is Shayna and I'm excited to have the potential opportunity to work with your family. I have been working in childcare for almost 15 years, serving as a babysitter, nanny, mother's helper, childcare professional, and even as an elementary school teacher. I have experience with newborns up to teenagers, and have worked with families with up to 5 children. As a parent of two active sons. Ms. Shayna is reliable patient and tough. My sons are known to try a person's patience but Ms. Shayna does not back down from a challenge of a naughty child. She is firm but caring and knows how to handle moody children. She even knew how to pick a lock when my son became defiant and locked hinself in the bedroom because he didn't want to go to summer camp She has my sons respect and they treat her like an Aunt.
