"I know how to handle meltdowns" is a lie. Kassidy quit on the first day of her employment because she "wasnt experienced with these behaviors." I told her that I limited my sons t.v. time to an hour a day. I checked my security cameras and they sat in front of the t.v. for 9 hours. An absolute utter waste of time. Do not hire her.
