I am a college student and RA currently in my final year at the University of Dallas, where I study Spanish and am seeking Texas teaching certification. I have had the unique experience of growing up in an in-home daycare run by my mother for over 25 years. Although my first experiences babysitting alone were with my little sister (8 years my junior), I began officially babysitting at the age of 12, for a 5 year old and a 7 year old at their home during the summer. Since then most of my "clients" have been fellow parishioners of our family's church, parents of the children attending my mother's preschool, my six nieces and nephews, and family friends. In between semesters I live with my family in Austin where I work at the nearby H-E-B grocery Read more store. I love the outdoors and enjoy reading, trail- running, picnics, traveling, and cooking.
