Alex is amazing with the children, she provides structure while also being fun. She can be the perfect amount of firm with my kids when needed while also being nurturing and kind. She is a very hard worker, always willing to learn new things, and really seems to love working with the kids. I love the way she implements lessons and assesses developmental needs. She is also very personable and fits right in at our home. We are so thankful to have found her.
