Hi! My name is Samantha, and I'm an Early Childhood Education Major at Ole Miss. I babysat for various families throughout high school, but a significant amount of my experience comes from my unpaid internship at a preschool for my last two years. I worked in a special needs classroom with kids ages 3-6, and I loved every minute! I learned a lot about social-emotional development, and I know a lot of fun games and activities that will not only be fun for your child but will also help them practice skills vital to their development! I am also willing to do extra chores and activities as needed, such as taking care of pets, cleaning, and driving the kids. This semester, I have classes from 12-3 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and from 11-12:15 and 4-5:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I can work anytime after that, and I can work Read more weekends as well! I have Heartsaver CPR and First Aid Training, and although it doesn’t apply to Mississippi, I do have my Educational Aide I Certification in the State of Texas.
