Hello! My name is Grayson, and I am a dependable, caring, and patient nanny with a genuine love for working with children. I am currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, and my long-term goal is to teach young learners between kindergarten and second grade. Because of this, I naturally bring a learning-focused and nurturing approach into my caregiving style. I have hands-on experience working with children in classroom settings, as a camp counselor, and as a high school aide, which has helped me develop strong skills in communication, organization, and behavior support. I understand that every child learns and grows at their own pace, and I strive to create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where children feel confident and supported. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, early literacy, and social development, such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading time, and simple educational games.
