I have been in child care for five years now. Ever since high school, I would help babysit my little brother and sister. My mother worked as a preschool teacher since I was born so a lot of the times, different families she helped, would request me to babysit for them. In my junior year, I worked for my mother in her in-home daycare as an assistant teacher. My senior year I was a Nanny for one of the families who attended my mothers school. When I went to college I became the regular babysitter for another family as well as a daycare worker in a church nursery. I moved back home and was the assistant teacher in a 2-3yr old class at Primrose Preschool. I now work as a Nanny again for a private family Monday through Friday from 8-2. I just moved to San Antonio and would love Read more to meet some families who would like a very well skilled babysitter for afternoon care or weekends! I believe in fun arts and crafts as well as lot of outdoor time and playtime. Children learn best through play and through a routine that lets them flourish and make some choices in what they want to do and learn. I have multiple references, am CPR and First aid certified and have had a fingerprinting done from my previous preschool employer. I would love to find a family who needs some regular babysitting and is looking for a fun and creative helper!
