Hello, my name is Jordan Lovelady. Not only was I a lifeguard this past summer but I also had a babysitting job where I watched a little boy from 8-5. I took him to the zoo, the pool and did countless activities with him. I also have a two-year-old nephew that I help take care of and I go home from college every chance I get to go spend time with him. Last year I worked at an Elementary school with the after school day-care and I guided them and supported the children. We helped them with homework, extra curriculum activities, took them outside to play on the playground, and we had snack time. I got really close and connected to the kids and parents that I even would go to their baseball games and watch them play. Through this job at the elementary school I also got a babysitting Read more job and I would take him home and watch him until his parents got home. I am certified in CPR, AED and First Aid. I really enjoy being around kids and I love being able to give back in anyway possible. I am planning on pursuing Speech Language Pathology and work with little kids because I learned in high school that that was my passion.
