Hello, Kirk I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm 50 years old and I have been a care taker most of my adult life. I took care of my mother for several years while she was ill with Lupus and have raised 3 successful children (now all grown). I am a proud new grandmother of a 1 year old, and I understand the worry of having someone to assist and keep your child while you are at work and ensure that she is well "looked" after and well taken care of.
