I love working with kids. I’ve been babysitting for over six years and also gained experience caring for children at a play center. I enjoy playing, coloring, singing, dancing—anything that brings a smile to a child’s face. I recently graduated from the University of Arkansas in May, and am working towards becoming a pediatrician. Babysitting is a wonderful way for me to continue building skills that will prepare me for that career.

ABOUT ME I am 37 year old female and a graduate of St. Edward’s University. I moved back from NY 5 years ago. I am currently running my own mobile spray tanning and work in fitness in the afternoons/weekend mornings. I am looking for a new family to babysit for in the mornings a few days a week or babysit on call for date nights (Wednesday or Sunday evenings)! I have sat for about 3 different families while in college.   EXPERIENCE            2008-2012                        The Disorbo Family  I met the Disorbo family when I moved to Austin for school. I have been sitting for them ever since. They have four kids. A 12 year old girl, an 8 year old boy, 10 year old boy, and 4 year old boy. They also have a dog I look after. The kids are wonderful!  I play different games with the kids, encourage them to go on walks or we walk to different trails. I get them fed and to bed. I also help them with homework if there is a need. This has been one of my greatest babysitting experiences. The kids and parents are so sweet. My parents have even become friends with the Dirobo’s over the years.             June ’03-August ‘06            Judge Ditta’s Family For the Ditta family, I babysat 3 girls on a very regular basis, before I left Houston for college. The children were 2, 4, and 6 years old whenever I first babysat them. I helped the kids understand their homework, took them to dance practice, prepared their meals, cleaned up around the house, and put them to bed. I had a blast playing games, house, dancing around, swimming, and doing arts and crafts with the girls. I usually babysat them on weekends until one or two in the morning.  I don’t mind staying up late!     May ‘02- August ‘06            Fernandez Family When I started babysitting for the Fernandez family their daughter was seven. Hi! I’m Naomi. :) I’ve babysat for 8 years, 0-12 age range, for many families. My experience ranges from church daycare volunteering, to date night sitting, to long term becoming part of the family. Having just one child has made me treasure the opportunity to nurture and connect with kids, which is why babysitting feels so rewarding to me. I have extensive experience caring for children and also have a background in caring for the elderly, which has taught me patience, empathy, and responsibility. 🦋 Howdy, y’all! My name is Liz and I’m a Senior at UT Austin studying Art History. Here’s a bit about me. I grew up babysitting and working as a summer camp counselor. In 2023, I began teaching art classes to elementary school children through Young Rembrandts. Last summer, I took on a new role as a preschool teacher. Since then, I’ve continued my teaching with the addition of babysitting on the side. Both jobs have been a total joy.
