Hello Family, I’m Jacinda Romo, and I’m excited to share a little about myself with you! I’ve been a nanny for over six wonderful years, and I truly cherish every moment spent with children. I grew up in El Paso, Texas, where I lived for 15 years before moving to Denver, Colorado, for the next decade. Recently, I returned to Texas, and it feels so good to be back home! If you ask my loved ones, they’d describe me as dependable, kind, and organized. From a young age, I’ve always had a nurturing spirit, taking care of my two younger sisters. My youngest sister is Deaf, Autistic, and has ADHD, which taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and unconditional love. I began nannying in high school, and as word spread, I happily continued throughout college, eventually graduating from CU Boulder in May 2021. Each child I’ve cared for has held a special place in my heart, and I’ve built meaningful relationships with the more than ten families I’ve had the joy of working with. Children have a remarkable way of bringing out the best in us, and through nannying, I’ve honed my adaptability, resourcefulness, and attentiveness. My greatest joy comes from helping kids grow into kind and strong individuals. After finishing my degree, I spent three years as an Employment Specialist, where I provided training and support to youth and adults with disabilities. My heart is truly in nurturing children and uplifting underserved communities. I hold a Colorado Substitute K-12 Teacher Certification and am CPR and AED certified. Why Do I Love Being a Sitter? I love being a sitter because it gives me the chance to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. As a mother of one daughter who is now out of state attending dental school, I’ve always found caring for children incredibly fulfilling. My name is Lynn and I am a mother of two children who recently graduated from college. I have lived in Austin for 28 years and had been a stay at home mom. I have plenty experience in the field of children know matter what age or stage your child is approaching. I am a very warm hearted energetic person who enjoys helping others! I benefit from exercising whether it’s at the gym or outdoors, working in the yard or walking with the dogs, children or neighbors. I had been a volunteer at St. David’s Hospital, NAMC 2017-2023 at the main entrance front registration desk. I was also a part time nanny for a baby boy from July 2022-November 2022 until he reached eight months when he entered daycare. January -March 2023 I was helping many families with one -time temporary nanny jobs. April-December 2023 I nannied for a two year old boy and a four year old girl. In January-July 2024 my clientele kept me very busy with kids of all ages. August-December 2024 I nannied a four month old until he started daycare in 2025. January 2025-August 2025 I nannied for a four month old until she started daycare at 10 months old. September 2025-February 2026 I nannied for a seven month old until she started daycare at 12 months. June 2026 I am starting with a new family and unavailable at this time.

I have had the opportunity to work with children in many different ways, including coaching, tutoring, and babysitting. This has given me the chance not to only have fun with your child but also help them grow while you are feeling secure with the person that is watching them.
