Abby was our full-time nanny for three months for our son from ages 3-6 months and was fantastic! She is knowledgeable and did a wonderful job caring for our baby. She helps with tasks around the house and follows instructions well. She is an excellent communicator and very flexible. She is dependable and we feel very confident in her abilities to care for our baby. It is clear she really cares about him and works hard to help him reach his developmental milestones. Our son is now in daycare but we have her as our weekly babysitter. I would highly recommend her to others looking for long term or short term childcare.

Pros: Energetic, hard worker, Pleasant/positive when in the right mood, able/willing to take charge, good with our baby Cons: Emotionally inconsistent (not emotionally unstable), late on occasion, easily distracted (does well with lists, however), not a morning bird Overall: we needed somebody a little more mature and reliable than Abby. However, for a lot of families I think she could be a very good fit/solution. Our demands are very high.
