My love for children stems from when I was a child. I noticied myself willing to comfort and protect the younger children-from a whimper to a cry. As a high school Teaching assistant in special education l have grown an eminent amount of patience for children who may become a little unruly. As a requirement CPR and CPI ( Non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention) certifications are updated to assure proper emergency and non-emergency care. After four years of serving children with special needs not only has my patience increase but I can conclude that I have gained a keen skill of observation. With children of my own I have the skills to tame sibling rivalry by showing sharing is caring and teaching that strong long-lasting relationships are built on a foudation made from love. Through my profession, efficient documentation is a must for the purpose of data collection. I am willing to take on the challenge of embrassing up to three children at ages ranging from infants to 10 years old for those families that may need occasional date nights to those families which may require a seasonal caregiver (summer breaks for school age children). With reliable transportation a commute to the family home is not an issue although my home is an option if parents require travel to or through the city of my residence.
