Hi, my name is Santos Noemi Garces. I've been taking care of kids since the age of 11, starting with my nephew. He was about 3 weeks old when my sister and her husband had to work to pay their mortgage, i volunteered to not finish my last month of school to watch over him, i know what you must thinking. She was so young? How did she do it? I watched videos of how to change a diaper, how to warm the milk right and it just became normal to me. I loved it, watching over kids was so amazing and giving them care helped me become a better human being. I later started looking over my cousins and my family friends kids and that's what i did my whole summer from the ages 11-14. I would go to elementary schools and watch over and help educate kindergarten and fifth graders. From the moment i stepped into the classrooms i knew that i wanted work with kids for the rest of my life.
