Since I was 15, I’ve always been the one to babysit my younger siblings and cousins whenever anyone needed help. It became such a normal part of my life—braiding their hair, helping with little snacks, keeping them entertained, and making sure they felt safe and happy. Taking care of them taught me patience and responsibility, but it also made me feel proud knowing they trusted me so much.
