Norma took care of our baby for 6 months. She did a good job taking care of her and our home. However, she would occasionally ask to leave early or switch days last minute. Finally she stopped showing up all together without any notice. She finally replied to multiple attempts of contact after I noticed she had signed into sittercity and updated her availability.
