We had met with Victoria the day before we planned to hire her. She was great. Our baby liked her and we liked her. We discussed the schedule and pay. Everyone was happy at least we thought. The next morning was to be the first day. She does not show up. Several calls and text messages were made and no answer. It has been several days now and still we have not heard back from her. We understand if something comes up. But too agree to work and then not even call is unacceptable. Very unprofessional. We don't recommend her if you want reliability or professionalism.
