My name is Cassidy, I'm 27 and I am currently a full time admin in the oil and gas industry. Growing up my parents traveled a lot, therefore I was always being introduced to new babysitters, staying with family/friends and eventually my younger sister and I had a live in nanny; so I know how child care may impact not only the child(ren) but also the parents. As a child I attended a high end day care where I spent most of my evenings after school and even summers- we were the first ones there and the last ones to leave. As I got older I began to grow fond of the children within the facility and became somewhat of a volunteer or aid to the daycare teachers ie., helped serve lunches, put kids down for naps and assisted with classroom supervision. Eventually I was offered a permanent position but Read more by that time my family decided to relocate. In high school I joined best buddies and spent roughly 4 years working with children and young adults whom have autism, Down syndrome or other learning disabilities & behavioral issues. I also spent 3 years at Houston Methodist Hospital in Baytown, Tx working with Delirious patients and a year as a caretaker at Autumn Leaves Memory Care. Working with disabled individuals is something I have grown to love, it has made me better as person and broadened my patience and passion for care taking overall . Most of my friends would consider me the funny one and ironically most children seem to think the same. I have my own mode of transportation and I typically don't seem to have trouble when it comes to creating activities to keep your child/children productive. I am willing to stay over night, prepare meals, administer medicine, drop off/pick up children who are involved in extracurricular activities, assist with pet care and I ALWAYS clean up behind myself! I know finding someone that you can trust with your children can be nerve wrecking, especially over the internet, but I hope that I can be considered an eligible candidate to alleviate some of that stress in your time of need and maybe one day even a family friend! Rate is contingent on child/children- willing to discuss alternatives regarding compensation.
