Hello All, I have 11 years experience in child care. I started this passion in child care in 2006 when my son was 2 years old. When I first started as a teacher in the infant room I absolutely loved it and the parents! They were like family! Soon after my hard work and dedication, I was asked to move up into the assistant director position! I was a bit skeptical at first because I did not want to miss my class. My boss decided I could do both! So I worked mornings with my baby room and afternoons closing the center. It was a very big responsibility and I loved the parent interaction at pick up time! Soon I became the Director and was full time in the office, touring the center and reading files. All the behind the scenes operations! I am missing watching my babies grow up, Read more so I am looking to get back into making a difference and feeling accomplished daily!
