I wanted to give Lizett 5 stars for her actual care of my child. She was great and we really enjoyed her. She nannied for us for 5+ full months, 3-5 days a week. So after getting to know her well, it was surprising to us when, without notice or tact, Lizett abruptly ended our relationship with a simple 2-line text and no further response. We exchanged friendly texts the weekend before and as we usually did, agreed on the arrival time on Monday. All was well. We were genuinely surprised and concerned for her and her family's wellbeing after that text as it seemed out of character. After 5 months of getting to know someone in my home and sharing my child, I am really disappointed that she ghosted us completely. We are a very flexible couple to work with and I understand that things change and by nature, in-home child care must balance schedules from two sides. However, the manner in which Lizett handled a change in situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lacking appropriate communication. I've waited 6 months to write this review as I want to be fair, yet constructive for other parents considering hiring Lizett. Overall she is fantastic for your child. My recommendation would be to hire her, but have a backup plan in case she leaves you hanging unexpectedly.

We needed a sitter temporarily while I started a new job and my wife transitioned out of hers. Lizette was the perfect fit for our changing schedule. When choosing Lizett, we invited her to our home for a tour of the house & meet-and-greet with our toddler. She showed up with a mask, a notebook and a pen for note taking. We didn't ask her for any of those, but were definitely glad she did because our minds were on other things. We tried our best to give Lizett a heads up about upcoming changes in schedules, and she was really great with flexibility. While we were both at work, Lizett sent pictures of our child throughout the day. Again, we didn't think to ask about that, but were definitely glad she did. We were grateful to know all the different activities our toddler did throughout the day. If we needed her for a longer period in our season, we would have definitely continued to hire Lizett. If we ever need another change in our family situation, Lizett will be the first for us to contact. Lastly, a bit of a "cherry on top", Lizett speaks Spanish, and she did communicate sometimes in Spanish to our child. We are grateful for that too.

She has been a great match for our family.

We hired Lizett for a part-time nanny position for 3 months. (She cared for our son from 6mos-9mos) I cannot speak highly enough of her! She was wonderful and engaging with our son, extremely organized, and a pro at putting our baby to sleep. She also kept a log of his activities throughout the day (I aspire to be this organized) and sent pertinent updates and photos. I felt really comfortable leaving my son knowing she would reach out if any questions arose. She also found the time to tidy our house--it felt amazing coming home to a clean sink! Thank you Lizett!
