Hi there! My name is Shelbie. I am 18 years old, and as the third child of six kids, you could say that I have been working with kids my whole life. I've now been babysitting kids for about six years now. I've babysat children from ages infant-13 years old, for over a dozen different families. I will make a point to play with the kids if they want to, and I won't have them sit down and watch television all day or for hours on end, unless I have specific parental requests to do so. I love to draw and color, so if your child(ren) like to do any sort of arts and crafts, that is my favorite thing to do! I'm completely fine playing sports as well, and I would love to take your kids outside in the backyard, to the park or pool if you'd like me. Read more I love love love to have fun with kids of all ages! In the case of an emergency, I do know CPR. I am able to drive, so there's no need to pick me up or drop me off at my home. I have excellent recommendations from numerous families. I am home-schooled, and thus am generally flexible. While I cannot babysit at all on Thursdays during the school year, I am usually free the rest of the week. If you text/call me, and I can usually try to make it work. I am available during school hours, but am most available in the evenings. I'm looking for a summertime nanny job this (2015) summer. As far as experience, I've been through all the stages of kids spitting up on me, having accidents, making huge messes all over the place with food or toys, and pretty much the whole nine yards.
