Hey there, my name is Amy and your best friend is my best friend! my BESTIES are always BEASTIES! For nearly 25 years I have lived in/around the Dallas metro. I am a graduate of both Richland College and UNT with an AA & BA’s English Literature & Technical Writing and American History with a special emphasis on African American Women in both Lit and in History and I basically minored in everything else offered in the college of the humanities. I have been a teaching artist, a poet, a painter and busker (street performance artist) and also a great, loyal and diligent personal assistant, consultant, Respite & Home healthcare provider people with disabilities and Special needs and personal business manager/consultant for the managing partners of ZJ Construction, Fortitude Multifamily, and Veterans Construction Supply, LLC (various property management and investment firms) since 2001. I have also worked providing Care/Respite for children with special needs since 1999. I have a baby brother with Down’s Syndrome, he is on Autism spectrum, predominantly Deaf, bipolar and anxiety and moderate/severe developmental delays. Since he was born I have been one of his most trusted caregivers and often continue to offer sitter services to help out at home.
