Stephanie did not show up at 9:00 AM as she had confirmed the previous night. Her phone was turned off at 9:00 AM. 10 mins later she texted saying she is ill. She could have given me heads up a few hours earlier for me to arrange an alternative. And the phone being turned off. Unreliable, irresponsible and untrustworthy behavior and wouldn’t ever want to hire a nanny like this.
