Hello, My name is Leighton Harper. I am 23 years old, I just recently moved to the Richmond, Texas area, and I am currently a college student trying to obtain a second bachelor's degree in nursing. I originally attended college at the University of Texas in Austin, where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. While attending school, I also worked as a childcare assistant at the University of Texas's Child Development Center. It was there that I realized my passion for working with young children! My favorite part about working with children is watching them learn and grow. Children are constantly changing and learning new things, and I think it is really cool to have a helping hand in that process! I also love working with children because they are so much fun; they always want to play and they keep you on your toes.
