I have always loved being around kids and caring for them since I was in elementary school. I do believe that little children are like sponges and what you say, do and teach them will have a huge impact on them. I try my very best to always be a loving role model and make sure every child is well cared for and supervised. I used to work with the Boys and Girls Youth Club of Rio Grande City for 3 years before I moved here to Houston. I took care of all ages from 4-13 years old. I helped them with their homework, took them on field trips, prepared their evening meals and created lessons for them. My favorite lessons involved hands on projects and arts & crafts. I love everything artistic because it brings out creativity and thinking outside the box. I have a three year old daughter Read more who is almost four. As a parent myself I know how vital it is to have your children well taken cared for. I want the best care for my child and I wouldn’t give anything less than that. I do have a High School diploma and I am currently not enrolled in school. I do have some college hours put in. Though I do plan to continue my education in the future.
