I began my love of working with kids at summer camps while in college. At camp I was able to help kids learn independence by teaching them how to cook, clean, and calm themselves down when they were homesick. I currently work as a teacher's assistant in an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) class in Round Rock ISD. The age range of my students are 3 to 5. Therefore, I have a lot of experience with preschool age. I am currently working on my teaching certification and hope to have my own classroom by August. I enjoy helping kids learn new skills, manage and recognize their emotions, and play pretend. I intend to bring a positive attitude and give a fun experience to every child I work with.
