Hello, I am Ashley and it's nice to meet you. I am 25 years old and a student at HCC. I started working with children at the young age of 16. I am the youngest child out of my two siblings but I was blessed with plenty of younger nieces and nephews to help care for. During my sophomore year attending Cy-Fair, I took an early childhood development class that included a nursery and pre-K aged students. My classmates and I would teach the children a range of courses (math, science, writing, and reading), playtime (indoor and outdoor), prepare snack, ensure cleanliness, and assist the our assigned children with school work to ensure learning. We 1st really enjoyed her profile & decided it'd be a great fit. She agreed & confirmed to both my wife I for 1-time Babysitting. Unfortunately, she No-Called, No-Showed (ghosted) the morning of Babysitting. We called her, left a voice message, sent texts all with no response from her. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, as a result I had to cancel therapy services for people in need for Mental Health services. The lack of communication from Ashley results in significant consequences for many others. We will no longer be contacting Ashley hereafter.
