Monica worked for us full time for an entire week taking care of our 12month old son. We though he was going to just cry all week since he is going through separation anxiety when mom goes to work, but NO - he barely cried at all with Monica! She has such sweet natural patience and would dance with him, sing to him, read books, cuddle him to sleep - all the things he needed to feel loved. We were very happy to have her and will be using her again.
