Hi! I’m Regan, 25 years old, and I have over 6 years of childcare experience with children ages 4 months to 10 years, along with 2 years of Early Childhood Education and Child Development coursework. I also gained hands-on experience working in a daycare during high school. I love getting to know each child’s personality and creating activities based on their developmental stage and interests. I believe children learn best through play and everyday experiences, so I enjoy incorporating learning into games, crafts, cooking, reading, music, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play. I’ve cared for children long-term, including one child from ages 1–3, where I helped with potty training, encouraged independence, and planned fun, age-appropriate activities. I also cared for an infant from 4 months to 1 year old, providing feedings, diaper changes, naps, tummy time, reading, sensory play, and light household chores during nap time. We practiced letters, numbers, colors, and early reading through games, worksheets I created, board games, cooking, nature walks, and other hands-on activities. After he started school, I continued providing after-school care, transportation to activities, and homework support. I’m patient, dependable, and believe in open communication with parents. My goal is always to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.
