I love children! I’m available to sit for you a few days per week or for occasional date nights or respite. I started babysitting when I was 13; I was a nanny during my college years. When was a speech/language pathologist, I worked with infants and toddlers (ECI) for 20 years. More recently I’ve had Child Safety & Protection Response Team training. For the last 15 years I’ve played a role as "auntie" & babysitter to many colleagues’ kids from toddlers to teens. I love kids and they seem to love me, too. Their parents see me as a source of wisdom, fun, and steadiness, and I enjoy being another adult in children's lives to influence them to develop, learn and thrive. I'll be working on getting CPR/1st Aid certified--I've been certified in the past, just not current. Hope to meet you and your kids soon!
