Hello parents and families, my name is Sophia. I am currently a nursing student at the University of The Incarnate Word. Since I am in school I will only be available weekends or weeknights depending on my school schedule. I am CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Certified. All which have been given to me by the American Red Cross because I also lifeguard during the summers. I have lifeguard for Seaworld’s water park Aquatica and for the City of San Antonio. Which both have deepend my caring of kids and taught me how to work with and understand kids. I’ve also been babysitting for my extended families and neighbors for about 4 years. This caring for children is what drives me to finish out my schooling so that I can specialize in pediatric oncology.
