Hello! My name is Dixie, and I am a caring and reliable childcare provider with hands-on experience working with children ages 3–8. I currently work at an elementary school, where I support students of all abilities, including children with special needs. Through this role, I have completed multiple child development and safety trainings and am First Aid certified. In addition to my school experience, I have babysat for a family friend for many years, caring for two children since they were just 9 months old. This long-term experience has helped me build strong skills in nurturing, patience, and creating consistent routines. Although I am not currently in college, I plan to pursue nursing school with a goal of working in the NICU or as an ultrasound technician.
