We interviewed and confirmed she was able to watch our children. The morning of, she never showed up nor made any contact with us after no-showing.

Jane began caring for our son when he was 2 months old and continued for 10 months. I'm a teleworking and first-time mom. Jane came to our house everyday to care for our son while I worked. At first all I would let her do is take the baby for a walk in the neighborhood. Eventually, it was to the store on the corner, into the adjacent city park, in the car to the library, and finally her house or mine, to the pool, running errands, etc. She took the baby all over San Antonio and even though he can't talk, the pictures were worth 1,000 words. He always looked happy and came home happy, tired, and safe. Not only did she take great care of the baby, but she patiently put up with my first-time mom jitters--calling/texting whenever I asked, even if it was several times within the course of an hour. Family is very important to Jane, and thankfully, she always treated our little guy like he was family. While my son is very easygoing 99% of the time, she was very patient with him when he was teething, gassy, or sick. She always did more than what we asked of her and always had a positive attitude. Our little guy would still be happily with Jane if we weren't forced to move because of my husband's job. She has been a complete blessing to our family and we already miss her terribly!
