Hello, my name is Knyla and I appreciate you stopping by my profile! I am currently finishing up my second year of university under the Pre-Dental Biology program, and I am one of the oldest of 9 siblings. I absolutely adore the arts and had a self-made though parent-funded art show that I started in at 5. Since then I’ve loved a variety of mediums extending even into the literary arts. From the moment I could form and comprehend a sentence I have been on a book bender of sorts and I have no intention of letting it dwindle to any degree. Romance, dystopia, mystery, and thrill titles have caught my eye most recently but I have a place in my mind for most any genre. Beyond my hobbies, I am very passionate and I believe a great part of the passion and drive I have now are due to Read more my upbringing with Panamanian/Japanese/Nigerian cultures and sentiments consistently floating throughout our home. Seeing the grace by which my parents found their success has lit an eternal flame underneath myself to mirror them in that regard, as well as show my younger siblings that the ability to succeed is far from coincidence and truly about determination. Growing up with so many younger siblings allowed me to experience the full range of childcare and babysitting from teething to toddlers to teens, and I believe my homegrown abilities and inclinations have gifted me patience, compassion, empathy, and the communication skills required of anyone giving their time and full attention to children, and I hope I am able to display and enrich them with you and your family.
