I have been a substitute teacher since I graduated high school, I would usually substitute for elementary gen-ed and SPED. Getting to be even a small part of those kids' learning experience is an amazing experience. I will not tolerate kids bullying or making trouble, I know whether they're doing it on purpose or not. I handle kids gently, if they do something wrong, I explain to them first or give them the 'mom stare'. But I will put I kid in time out if they continue to misbehave.
