Hi there, parents! I’m Lindsay ♡ I’m 25 and living in Houston. I’m a bubbly, nurturing, and fun-loving caregiver with 7+ years of childcare experience. I’ve had the joy of working with kids in many kinds of settings. One time sitting, backup care, full-time nannying, overnights, daycares, and I even have experience as a behavioral therapist for toddlers in classrooms which has taught me so many unbelievably valuable skills I still use every day. I’ve cared for multiple children at once, traveled with families, helped with special events like weddings, handled pick-ups and drop-offs with ease, and supported households with things such as laundry, dishes, and truly any other errand you could imagine. I’m especially experienced with school aged children although I love all age groups and have experienced it all! I’m always ready to take on something new as well and love to learn and communicate thoroughly with parents. Read more I’m super activity-oriented and pride myself in keeping kids engaged. I love creating moments that are not only fun, but memorable and enriching. Some of the activities I enjoy doing with kids include arts & crafts, simple science experiments, baking and decorating, outdoor adventures like nature walks and obstacle courses, imaginative play and dress-up, scavenger hunts, and storytime or puzzle challenges. I always try to mix creativity, learning, and fresh-air fun to make each day special!
