she did a great job when she showed up for work all the kids where sleep but my youngest and she sprung right to action and letting me no that it was ok to go to work so I truly think her for doing such a great job and she will always have 5 stars with me and I will recommend her to anyone who needed a sitter.

I strongly recommend Tamara based on my experience with her taking care of my 6mo baby. She is very gentle with her, very responsive to her needs (and able to "read" the baby "clues"), and just overall genuinely cares.
