Hi! My name is Ireland, and I have a genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow. I hold an Associate’s degree in Business and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have several years of hands-on experience caring for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens. My background includes working as a counselor in before/after school programs, supporting children in the ABA field, and I also have personal experience as a sibling of someone on the spectrum, which has given me a deeper understanding and patience for children with unique needs.
