My family started fostering children in 2007, and over the years I have been responsible for feeding, bathing, and many other duties for childcare. I also have experience as an after-school tutor for fourth grade students in science, math, and spelling. I volunteered at an orphanage in Johannesburg, South Africa, for 6 months in 2014. There were about 30 children, ages pre-me to 3 years, living in the same home as me. Some of my expectations were bathing, feeding, teaching, potty-training, and playing with the kids. Now, I volunteer as a teacher for a Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) group. The Children there are ages 8 months to 6 years. I am very passionate about childcare, and when given the opportunity, I thoroughly enjoy it.
