I am Katrina Noyola and I just recently turned 19 on November 28th, 2017. I am half black and half Mexican, I can speak a small amount of Spanish. I am currently attending Tyler Junior College and I just finished my first full semester with all A's and made the President's List. I also took dual credit courses in high school. I am one of six kids in my family. I am 4th in the line up with my 2 younger siblings being adopted. I have had them in my life since I was a freshman in high school and they are a big responsibility in my life. For as long as I can remember I have always loved working with children. My senior year in high school I started an after school dance program for 3rd-5th graders at my elementary. This was 10 weeks of once a week hour Read more classes for boys and girls that I was in charge of. I also started tutoring 2nd grade writing and hosting 4th and 5th grade dance classes at New Summerfield ISD at their After school Center of Education program. Being around children is just a huge passion of mine based from personal experience and how I've always wanted to be an educator. It is easy for me to connect with children and also have educational purposes throughout my time with them. I have had a lot of experience with my teachers and coaches children throughout high school. I am responsible for all of the chores in my house hold so keeping a tidy home has never been a problem of mine. I have a lot of free time now that I am on winter break and I would really love to be using it to be apart of more children lives.
