I recently worked for a company called Extend-a-Care for kids in Austin, Tx. Before being able to work we had to go through a two week long training about child care and training to be CPR and First Aide certified. I worked with up to 15 seven and six year olds up to 5 hours a day being a group leader in the summer. I was also a nanny for three little girls ages 3, 6 and 8 on a vacation for four days. I am recently in school trying to get in the PTA program but i already have my bachelors degree in psychology. I love kids and I find it enjoyable to take care of them. I feel as if looking after kids today is the perfect practice for when I decide to have kids of my own one day.
