I enjoy staying active and feeling productive, prioritizing outdoor time, as well as being involved in sports. Volunteer work at nurseries in churches, as well as events in which childcare is offered. I have also helped tutor grade school children and volunteer coached for children sports. I find much value in reading books, and enjoy taking kids to the library and situate them to grow in social skills. I also understand the importance in winding down; baking, reading, puzzles and other mellow activities are a great way for me to personally learn about a child while balancing out their everyday needs. I believe prioritizing the safety and comfort of a child is imperative. Additionally, I place much worth in equipping children with knowledge and experience from many different activities as a way to take advantage of their ability to absorb new information and learn more about themselves.
