Aloha! My name is Mikaila and I am currently a second-year student at University College Dublin in Ireland. (Yes, Ireland as in the country in Europe). Many people ask me why I chose to continue my education overseas and my answer is simple, I wanted to go outside my comfort zone. I wanted to explore the world around me and have the opportunity to grow as an individual and create lifelong memories. Studying abroad has taught me so many life lessons and has definitely made a positive impact on my life. Similar to my experience overseas, babysitting has also changed my life for the better. I have been working with children since I was 14. I started by watching my younger sister and younger cousins, then began babysitting for family friends' kids. Over the last few years, I have worked with kids of all ages.
