I have provided childcare and in-home care for adults for about 27 years. I opened my home 27 years ago for childcare both days and nights while my husband attended school. I also occasionally allowed hourly drop-ins. I only allowed four small children (ages 4 yrs and younger) at a time, as I had an infant of my own at that time. We moved after his graduation and I continued with babysitting and with my children in school I began going into homes and occasionally assisting an aging parent with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and sometimes errands. I have recently moved back to Waco and would like to continue working as a caregiver/ babysitter. This is more than just babysitting. For me, it's wanting parents to feel comfortable and know their loved ones are being loved and well cared for while they are away and not feel stressed Read more about it.
