My name is MarLie! I’m 30 years old, and a mom to two boys of my own. I also have a yorkie named Zoey! I do not bring my children with me to work. They are older and will be taken care of by their Mema. I became a SAHM in 2017, and currently volunteer with a non-profit research foundation. I’ve previously worked in both peds and outpatient PT, where I trained as a PTA. Caretaking has always been a natural part of my life, and I’ve always loved it! I do have experience with a variety of special needs, including Autism and Apraxia. I also have experience with allergies, and know how to admin Epi in emergency situations; though I would always follow the individual action plan. I also have experience homeschooling, personally and through teaching co-ops/pods. I know each family has their own core values and expectations, which Read more I would work very hard to meet! The more information you can give me about your children and family, the better! Depending on the job and the child/s interests, I do have activities and crafts that I bring with me for entertainment. We personally love Legos, clay, Playdoh (which is water soluble 😉), design, and building. I do love working with kids, and having that high energy environment. They are most certainly all the color in a grey world! I am quite flexible in availability. I currently coach my sons T-ball once a week, though outside of that I can almost always make something work! I am open to overnight care, where I would likely clean/household chores while children are sleeping; so long as that is something your family would want done.
