Melanie watched my daughter and did a fantastic job! My daughter loved her immediately. Melanie was proactive and even though I didn't leave the house right away she jumped in and took care of my daughter so I could prepare for my meetings. I also hesitantly asked if she could help do dishes, and wash my kitchen floor. I came home and my entire kitchen was clean! She was terrific, likeable, and I highly recommend. Jen
