Thank you for considering my babysitting application through sittercity. Currently, I am an AmeriCorps volunteer for the Alameda Contra Costa medical association. I graduated college in May 2020, with a bachelors in Environmental Studies and French. While in college, I also ran cross country and track under a Division-1 Student Athlete scholarship at James Madison University. I bring excellent time management skills in organizing and implementing various projects having balanced academics and sports. While an environmental education instructor at the Audubon Naturalist Society, I led and designed classroom discussions which focused on sustainability, biodiversity and water quality issues for students aged 4-15. I learned to think quickly and appropriately in high stress environments by delegating tasks to interns under my supervision. Additionally, I have worked with adolescents for 6 summers having been a camp counselor, swim coach, and tutor. Throughout High School and College, I worked as a swim coach Read more for children ages 4-14, and as a camp counselor in the summers. I have CPR First Aid Certification, Mental health First Aid Certification and Basic Food and Safety Sanitation Certification.
