Hi, I’m Maddy! I’m a nursing student at the University of Utah, and I absolutely love working with kids. My goal is to go into pediatric nursing after I graduate. This past summer, I worked as a camp counselor at a outdoor adventure sleepaway camp in Colorado with kids ages 7–16, and it was such a fun and rewarding experience. I’ve also worked as a swim instructor for 5 years, teaching a range from 3-month-old babies all the way to adults, and I have experience working with children with special needs. I’m CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified. I absolutely love being around kids as it is my passion working with them! I have an adventurous, enthusiastic, and creative personality and I love to do more than just watch them but actually engage with them, whether that’s playing outside, doing crafts, or helping out with homework!
