Carentho "Bernie" G was our Mary Poppins. Our children enjoyed her so much they asked to call her the next day to see when she's coming back. She was very attentive with our kids, encouraged creative play and sent us text messages with updates while we enjoyed a couples night out. Not sure if you can tell, but we've never left our children with anyone other than family. We hope to work with Bernie again in the future and make her part of our extended family.
